This video, uploaded to YouTube May 11 by Twin Creek Broiler Farms, a poultry and grain operation near Steinbach, Man., shows what a difference a few weeks can make. In this screen capture you can see where the tractor nearly gets bogged down in mud during harrowing, but when the time comes to seed 1,350 acres of wheat, oats and canola, “with three weeks straight of hot dry sunshine we ended up having the driest seeding in recent memory.”
